Create Face Tracking prototype with OpenCV

We are looking for a demo project to test how useful OpenCV is for our purpose. Essentially we are looking for a C++ demo app that does face tracking, similar to this youtube video: [login to view URL] Please see the attached mockup for how we think the simple UI can be. Suggestions are welcome. This prototype is for face TRACKING only. It should find and track any face in the camera. If there are multiple faces, it is ok to detect one only. But if you can implement tracking for multiple faces without extra effort, that is welcome to. This project is just a prototype, and more related work might follow. Developer should be available via google chat (or similar) to discuss question on request. Algorithm: Please use only OpenCV “out of the box” algorithm for this project and use the latest OpenCV version V3.0. The purpose of the project is to see how good it is. From what I know, a good starting point is [login to view URL] But note that our project is for face tracking only. Face recognition of a specific face is not part of this project, but that might be a follow up project. Deliverables: The benchmark for this project is the youtube video, your app should be at least as good. The project must be delivered as VS2013 project with all required files and compile without errors. In addition, we need the project (binaries only) as Inno based setup so we can easily test the deployment on different machines. Please comment your code well. Operating system: Demo app will be tested on Windows 7/8 only (fully patched system, x64 bit only required)
