Update current Delphi wrapper for FANN C library (dll)

We need to update / modify / fix the an older version Delphi wrapper for FANN (Fast Artificial Neural Network Library) to make it work with the latest version of the FANN library under Delphi 2010 (and above). Delphi 2010 uses Unicode strings which also caused problem with the earlier wrapper. Two archives are attached. [login to view URL] contains the complete C sources of the library, including Windows dlls ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) [login to view URL] contains two subfolders. FannDelphiWrapperOld contains the working wrapper for the older version of the dlls roughly adapted for Delphi 2010. However we suspect there is some kind of bug either in the wrapper or the older version of the dlls (the program behaves unexpectedly under special circumstqnce), so we wish to try the latest version. src_delphi_auto contains an AUTOMATIC conversion of C sources to Pascal. It may be useless for this purpose, but it is included nontheless, in case it can help. We need you to either create a new wrapper or fix the existing one, add new exposed methods from the dll, fix changed types, structures, if any etc. in order to make the library usable under Delphi 2010.
