CodeWarrior C programming , using semiconductor board and lcd shield

Hi I need a project done , you should have Elecfreaks colour lcd shield - Model : SHD-CLS and FRDM-K20D50M semiconductor board , a piezo-electric transducerand and to program in C using CodeWarrior - freescale IDE. This project has two parts first to write a a basic Noughts and Crosses game - (section 3 of project manual ) then to add musical tone function to it (see section 4 of project manual ), there are some required functions the code should contain i will give them when discuss the awarding of the project. You should have all equipment and use CodeWarrior the code should work 100% from my end I've got the same equipment listed above and explain what happens in the code and machine in writing . Additional information submitted If you dont have all equipment you can bid if you have the knowledge about embedded microcontrollers and c programming , and can write the code by looking at data sheets ( attached ), and information but should be willing to help me with the code until it works, see project manual 1 and 2 for requirements
