Demonstrator program for arduino with wiznet to communicate via tcpip with a web based database template ( your solution). Both programs need to be modular and well documented in a template manner to enable easy addition of extra elements. Communications will require a user ID, API KEY, project ID, object ID.
For this initial project I require 2 sensors and one control (connected to A1,A2 and A3 respectively on the arduiono and communicating to Parameters flow, temperature and swirch1 in the database.). Switch1 in the database must update the output of a3 on the arduino on change. The sensor readings should update every minute.

Hello, I have a lot of experience in data logging using the Arduino and sending data to remote databases using JSON based packets across TCP protocols. I have just completed a project for a client in the USA that wanted to read equipment attached to a MODbus and update a database in real time. I wrote both the code for the Arduino and the web services that it communicated to.
