Clinical network

Develop an encrypted secure peer to peer cloud based network for clinicians. Each clinician has unique identifiable and independently verified login. After login, clinician A will have active patients, and active peers B,C,D,etc... Each patient can be shared by one or more peers. Once a pt is shared, that "peer" has access to that patients information stored in the clinician A's account. Premium practice management services added at cost. A patient portal with secured login to allow patient interaction with clinicians involved in care. Premium services added at cost. Furtehr project details will be discussed with successful bidding team. Initial ohase will be a proof of concept beta version for local deployment. This project requires a capable development team to scale up the project if successful beta launch.
