Computer Architecture assignment (WinMIPS64 &MARS simulator)

I am looking for someone to do an academic assignment in Computer Architecture. The assignment has 2 parts: PART 1:Filter implementation with WinMIPS64 processor (The assignment will run in the WinMIPS64 simulator environment. Using the simulator you will study the performance of the pipelining mechanism of MIPS64 and modify the code in order to speedup the execution of the program) PART 2: Performance analysis of hidden memory with MARS simulator (performance analysis of hidden data memory of a MIPS processor during the run o f a specific program. For this cause you will use the MARS simulator tool which performs assembly and simulation for MIPS processor architecture and has a built in tool for simulation and analysis of performance of hidden data memory) The deadline I have for the assignment is on 27 February 2012. As described bellow I will need the code asked and the answered questions with detailed documentation. It is a undergraduate project so someone with experience in computer architecture could easily do it. See the attached file for full documentation of assignment
