We require a software written that will bring back the start menu of Windows 7 on Windows 8. All rights of the software will be owned by us. Preferred language is VB.Net or VB6 however you can have DLLs written in other language. 50% milestone at start then 50% when a demo is shown. No milestone will be released until final working product along with source code is delivered.

The Windows 7 start menu is pretty powerful and responsive, what happens with the search? how that should work? and the style/customization options? I can offer a C# VS 2012 solution. I can work on VB.NET but I think C# is cleaner and nicer.
