ATMEL ATmega328p CODE

Hello, I have experience 6 years in programming atmel microcontroller. I can do this work exactly and carefully. My offer: several independent pattern of illumination for borders and letters, several synchronous pattern. Also pattern will have slowly changing speed, for example "snake" become slowly and slowly and turning back. With speed changing all illumination will not look same every time. Excuse me for so big bid, but it's necessary minimum for comfortable programming and testing. (I have several leds, and going to make small prototype for testing pattern) Illumination for tourist must look good, not boring. And it will bring you more money.

It is an easy project, just have few questions in mind, which are as follows- 1:When your border led is affixed in series, then how can you expect the border to work in a snake pattern. 2: The OFF condition, i cant get the point to turn off the display before switching off the system. It can be done, but you have to add a push button, or a toggle switch to your hardware, but for it you have to change your pcb design. 3: You are working on Atmega328 using the Arduino or directly coding it through the Atmel Studio?
