Controlling quadcopter with an Adaptive Fuzzy PID controller

I want to write an ARDUINO code to make an ADAPTIVE PID FUZZY LOGIC CONTROLLER algorithm to control Euler Angels ( Yaw, Pitch, and Roll ) of a quadcopter platform.

There are two Arduino Mega, one on the quadcopter and the other ARDUINO will be as a ground station.

The ground station will be connected to a MATLAB program to simulate the received ( Yaw, Roll, Pitch ) angles.

The quadcopter will communicate with the ground station through an XBee.

The copter will transmit the measured yaw, pitch, roll and altitude of the copter to the ground station.

The ALGORITHM will be on the ground station ARDUINO.

The copter ARDUINO will only receive the ALGORITHM outputs and apply them to the copter motors.

The ground station connected to MATLAB to simulate the received values with SIMULINK.

The Yaw, Pitch and Roll angles will be sensed through MPU9150 9DOF sensor

The Altitude will be sensed through Barometric sensor BMP085

The objective is to control the Euler angels of the copter and it's altitude with a Control algorithm that will be Adaptive fuzzy PID controller.
