But one thing, porting in C# will not be as good in speed performance as in C++. Let me know what you think. thanks

I have a good understanding of machine learning and have built a few other ensemble classifiers. Does it need to be entirely in C# or does it just need to be able to be called from it? If it's the second I know SWIG pretty well and it doesn't seem too difficult to build an adapter if your build will support it. You're going to have a hard time getting the same performance otherwise, the C# matrix libraries aren't going to be as fast as native code.

I am experienced with both C++ and C sharp, so there will not be a problem porting this project for you.

I am already working on Random Forest and other machine learning algorithms. I do understand these algorithms, and I also have working experience of C++ as well as C#.
