build chess game

biulding chess game on C#, the req are : without static vars,has to be oop,without throw exception,without enum classes,only textual,not exe and not server side,only the basic chess with all the ruels include castling that will work on visual studio 2010 the code consist from classes the implement oop and will not use any dictionary like <string> ect.. and it HAS to be original! and i need it urgent for one day! uploaded a pic of tic tac toe,i need text like this but chess game.
