Architecture project render - collective apartment building

We're looking for an architect or architecture student, to help us with the render of a collective appartment bulding project. This is a study project for university. We have ArchiCAD file (with most of the project already done), Autocad file and hand drawings and we will update them on the run. We look forward to work in ArchiCAD as final output file. Job to do: assist us until 1st of July, the deadline of the project, by doing modifications, layouts, renders, etc. The final result should be: Master plan: 1:500 Ground floor and upper floor plans: 1:200 Roof plan: 1:200 Facades and sections: 1:200 2 appartments plans: 1:50 Section for 2 appartments: 1:50 Renders/sketches/visual explication stuff/solar study/surface table (may be low quality at first, has to be top quality for 1st of July) All of these arranged in a nice layout of 2 A0 pages. (we will give you examples as soon as we decide to award the freelancer) We will update you with modifications each Thursday evening and we will need the layouts with all the content each Tuesday evening (milestone). Therefore, we will update you on 30.05, 6.06, 13.06, 20.06 and more than once in the deadline week, 27.06 - 01.07, and waiting your output 2 days before each of these milestones. French speaker would be useful but not mandatory. Please bid with your portfolio/skills. ONE OF THE LOWEST BID WILL BE AWARDED! If good work provided later work will be assigned.
