We use a large format printers to print different artwork. The artwork consist on a bitmap image and the contour of bitmap image, a vector. After we print the bitmap image on a plastic sheet we cut the contour of the image with a CNC machine using the vector contour, exported as g-code.
We need a program to read with a camera some registration marks printed on a sheet like in this youtube link [login to view URL] and modify the machine g-code according with the size and position of printed sheet. That because on printing sheet are slight changes of the original image dimensions. The software must scale and rotate the g-code according with real printed sheet using some registration marks and a camera.
The software must work with Mach3 CNC software ([login to view URL])
I really don't know the price for this kind of job so I will consider the best offers.
