Hello, I did the same project in my college days. My task is to develop a device for fisher mans to help them to don't cross the boundary of the country. It was a great success. The main problem I faced during development is the microcontroller I used is PIC16F and it have only 1 serial port. But, we want to communicate with 2 serial port, 1 for gsm module and the other for gps module. At last we are succeeded with converting two common I/O port to UART port. I have microcontroller, its programmer, GPS and GSM module in my personal lab. So, I can do the task in 2 days. I will deliver the exact thing what you needed in 5 days maximum.
