css jQuery progress tracker arrows with animation

I need a progress tracker bar with five steps, css stylized, with animation in steps transitions. All in css+html5 or css+html5+jquery. No flash. Design must be like this prestashop progress tracker: [login to view URL] and must have the animation what I need. The actions are: when I click in a step, the green arrow move to clicked step, in an easing fast horizontally animation. I need the speed and easing configurable. Active text: white. Inactive text: dark gray. Take a look at the attached images to see how I need the responsible comportment. 640px to 1024px smaller text and smaller arrow but on line only. In resolution smaller than 640px, the steps will verticalizing one by one in more lines.
