Build a Website

Without changing any of the html (or very few changes - e.g. under 5 lines), we'd like to modify the CSS to put a prettier "skin" on this web page. The css should continue to allow the site to be responsive and mobile friendly. The first page to address is: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (to show an example of the second level items. The second level items we can assume adding a basic html structure to support a drop down menu as well - please provide) The focus should be on the header, menu, note/alert, login area, page title, breadcrumbs (if not homepage) and footer. Assume the "content" of the page will change based on end user control From there we may have follow-on work and activities that would address other pages.
