Custom Chat Room and Social News Feed Needed for our website

The chat room will need to be very custom & almost futuristic looking Will need 7 Custom Chat Rooms -The chat room will need to display profile pictures of the individual chatting -Will also need to have a "Chat History Section" that can access the time and date of previous conversations (up to 24 hours). The Social Media News Feed (Twitter & Instagram) -Twitter -All feeds from the site's twitter account will need to be updated live to the site. -Will need to display the time and date of the Tweet sent Instagram which will need to do the same functions a twitter feed. -They both will need to update 1 after the other.
