Okay this is the serious note:
I have been ripped off to many times before, so i will not pay anyone untill the work has been sent to me in full, and i will nto pay using paypal once the project is complete send me the all work (word documents, images, flash files, photoshop files) and only then will i pay you the full amout via this site using a credit card, your commincation must be perfect or the project will be cancelled and awarded to some one else:
the project is to create a simple flash site not fully functional for a charity, you can the chairty organistation company urself dose not have to be a real organisation and the website dose not have to be fully functional.
deadline is 1st of may 9:am UK time ONLY
