Hi Seth, I can understand this is an on-going support engagement within a time window that needs to be determined - during this time I can connect remotely and assist in any Cisco change with no problem - this taking into account any change management approval that may need to be considered also. Replacement of these key network devices, I hope was done in the past during the weekend because it might affect production if not handled well. First, it needs to be done using the top down method, whereby the key network devices are replaced one after the other, starting with the most difficult to configure.
