I've good knowledge in Project Management and involved in many Civil and Building Construction projects where the different challenges needs to be resolved to meet The Clients objective of obtaining a valuable project for their R.O.I., My experience in handing projects with contract sum of RMY310 million had an added advantage. The resources planning and monitoring of schedule needs a special focus as to be knowledgeable in all activities and understanding to complete each Milestone within the planned scheduled. The Contingency derived based on calculated risk should always in place to avoid project being stalled in case of unwanted problems. The Quality of works excuted shall be closely monitored and improved to avoid defective works where cost implication is great and drags to DL (defect Liabilty ) period for cost overrun. The L.A.D. will be the main focus when handling a project to ensure consideration to document all variance initiated by Client or Lead Consultant is captured and E.O.T.(extension of time) application is applied. Cost saving is normally attain in my projects through innovative / alternative design to minimize construction activities cycle and expediting to construction period. In handing all sapect of Project Management involves experience in multitasking and committed to meet the The Client's objective of the Project and delivering within time frame and utmost quality.
