Dear Sir, I am a project manager of subdivision development projects in Canada. I'm involved in the design, planning, construction and assumption of subdivision projects. I'm experienced in designing and managing the works related to sanitary and storm sewers, watermain, earthworks, and roads. I use ACAD, Auto Cad 3D Civil, LDD, Ms Project and Primavera. I can assist you in managing your project. I would be glad to help you. I have clients in US, Canada , New Zealand, Europe and Mauritius. My Fee is for coordination, project leading and project management consulting services for three months from Canada (offsite). I would not be able to come to Jamaica for more than 7 days, since I have many ongoing projects in Canada and US. I am structural engineer. I lead a team of 3 major people responsible for all projects. We've experience in transportation, geo-tech, structural engineering. Though on my portfolio it's not shown. We've completed structural engineering of elevated metro viaducts including foundation design, Various geo-tech projects, road projects, ROB (railway over bridge) projects, storm shelters designs, we also did a project of city drainage system though It was a study project to provide few solutions of drainage problem. we deal with architects and clients, review shop drawings, answering RFIs (request for information documents) from contractors.
