I require the same functions as on the site with some smaller modifications, which will be discussed later on, once the project has been awarded.

Realistic pricing, ridiculous sums will automatically be disregarded. I will also go with the best pricing/work ratio, as I will have several projects to be realized. Professionals only, no trial and error experiment. I would prefer to work with someone that already has written the script and can make modifications to it. However, I am open to all options. The script must be clean, secure, with a detailed & organized admin control panel. New design Must work with Paypal & other payment gateways.
