Database Driven Yahoo Maps Flash Integration

We are looking for someone who can pull the Yahoo Maps systems into a flash movie and load markers on the map from longitute and lattitude coordinates pulled from a MySQL database. It's for a realty company that wants all their properties to show up automatically on the map using markers from properties they add to the database using ColdFusion. The MySQL database is already setup, the customer can already add new properties with the latlon coordinates. We just need the flash programming to make the markers appear on the map.
