Collect massive amounts of clean executable (.exe or .dll) files

This is kind of an odd project, but we will see how it goes. Basically, I am looking for massive quantities (25,000+) of clean .exe and .dll files, for example, the kind you might download from [url removed, login to view] or softpedia.com. It is ok if there are some files that are not clean mixed in because I will scan them first.
If anyone has any ideas on how we can accomplish this, or if you happen to have access to massive amounts of clean executable files, please let me know and we will work something out. Thank you!
