Amazon VA for european Expansion

Hi,
For our Ecommerce company we are looking for talented team members. The first task would be to list / translate product listings from german in to English. We also need those listings in french, italien and spanish. I know we will never ever find a single VA with german, english, italien french and spanish skills, therefore we don't even try to.
But maybe there is a VA out there who is capable of speaking german and english. That would help a lot. Not because our internatl communication but due to the fact that our home market is germany and therefore original listings are written in german and pretty much all influences come from the german market by now.
So basically your tasks would concern the european expansion.
We have to:
translate listings
generate reviews
advertise online
hand out review codes to test customers

We are paying above average wages. We don't want any VA to work for 200 300 400 $ per month. We plan on hiring a filipino VA but we are open for other countries.
