Content Writing

Technical /Content Writer We are looking for a contract basis (6 months) Technical Writer to document our security policy. The individual will work closely with the IT team in order to produce, review, revise and maintain policy documents. The Candidate should have strong writing skills and solid experience in creating documentation that targets a variety of audiences. Responsibilities & Accountabilities • Design and outline policy documents. • Collaborate with the IT team to gather information required to complete documentation tasks. • Research, write, edit and proofread policy documents or sections of documents such as procedures and specifications. • Ensure policy documents are up-to-date, accurate, complete and meets expectations. • Collaborate in creating documentation plans and meeting schedules. Required Skills and Experience • 1+ years of proven experience as a Technical Writer or Content Writer. • Clear, concise and complete English writing skills to convey information appropriately to end users. • Strong background in creating work flows, user manuals, training materials and other types of documentation. • Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate well within a team and sustain very good work relationships. • Positive and energetic attitude, with a 'can do' approach where challenges are welcome and considered an opportunity to shine. • Working experience in MS Office Suite.
