I have written a number of business process and procedure documents over the years. Recently, I completed a 50 page procedure manual for a contact center. I have found that the key to this sort of documentation is to be both clear and concise. The information and direction need to be delivered in an unambiguous way without being dictatorial in tone. I am happy to work to any style or design guidelines that you have for your organisation, or come up with something from a blank canvas.
