Content Organization/Creation For Investing E-Book

Hello - I am looking to hire a writer who has some experience with investing (i.e. knows the language of investing), and has a friendly, caring, straightforward, and simple approach to writing. I estimate the final draft to be between 100 - 150 pages (12 chapters) of investing content that will include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and real estate. I will provide my own thoughts via audio clips (mp3 or wav format), investing articles/books that I'd like to borrow concepts from, my own prior research etc. I will provide the skeleton outline (all of the topics and organization of the final book) and about 80% of the content or more. I want somebody who is able to research and add value to the content that I provide, and even research and create a small amount (20% or so) to enhance what I have. This "how to" investing e-book is to be geared to the average lay person who does not have much knowledge about investing. So the book needs to be an easy read, while nailing down the key principles of sound investing they need to understand. Correspondence back and forth will occur to complete the first draft - then I will give comments and improvements/etc - and then the final draft will be completed by you. To start, I give you the content for the first chapter, when you have completed it, I will look it over. Once I am satisfied you can continue full speed thru the next chapters, while providing me each chapter once you are completed for my review and feedback. I will give you a table of contents with a chapter by chapter breakdown so that you can refer to future/past chapters without actually having all the content for those chapters yet. Before acceptance I'd like to speak with you on the phone, get a sample of your writing style, and look over any references to investing that you have written or know about - to determine how well we will work together. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform N/A
