Hello! I realize I have bid over your budget, but I'd like to explain why. Note: if you check my feedback, you'll see I have done several jobs for another Japanese client; I wrote articles about setting up business in Japan, tax laws, work visas, etc. (all related to the services you offer), so I am familiar with this field.
Your site has several problems that would prevent me from contacting you if I were a potential client. There are many grammatical errors, which gives an unprofessional impression. The content is also rather poorly organized, making it difficult to read and understand. One example: on the "services" page, it's not clear that the "basic" and "value" headings relate to "our packages." "Our Packages" should be the red-coloured heading, and then "basic" and "value" should be listed underneath it. The way it's currently presented, "basic" and "value" have the same heading weight as "services" and "benefits," which doesn't make sense. At the bottom of that page, the first item under "charged monthly" is "The Packages." For someone who is just quickly browsing, those words don't make much sense. At the very least, you should link "Packages" to the descriptions above so that people know what you mean.
Those are just two small examples. There are many other issues like this but they cannot be fixed within a budget of $10. If you are interested in hiring me for this larger job, I would love to work on improving your site! Thank you.
