Business Plan to raise capital

This is a business plan for a new venture related to providing musical rehearsal space on an hourly and monthly basis, in a specific city in Canada. This plan will be used to search for venture capital and / or loans. Most research is already complete but some minor research may have be necessary. Most or all financial information will be provided. I can provide a description of the business and most of the related information.
