Hello, I posses extensive experience working with policies and manuals. My working experience includes editing, updating and maintaining policy manuals related to training, quality programs, company vision, procedures, specifications, safety, etc. I have also been part of developing different training programs that required the concurrent development of tests. Within the quality and ISO environment I have also been required to develop short surveys design for specific areas or audiences, as well as the collection of the results and their summary. I have trained personnel and apply different written tests and performed interviews based on questionnaires design to obtain demonstration of knowledge after training has taken place. Often I have had to demonstrate during audits that personnel is knowledgeable of company polices and quality manual, and have designed the questions utilized for this purpose.
