Article Rewriting in Spinnable Format

I am looking for a writer to rewrite content. i provide PLR articles on different subjects. But the rewriting will need to be done is such a way that the words/sentences can be spun in software. There are 40 articles total in this project. Each article is under 500 words. Take a moment to refer to the attachment for an example of what i require. As you can see, you need to replace words/sentences in special tags, so that no matter what combination is spun, the articles will still read with the correct grammar and will make sense. I will explain exactly how to place the tags if there is any confusion. This can be done very quickly once you get used to it and there is no research needed. I will have a lot of this to do very soon. Each site will comprise about 40 articles, and each article is under 500 words. If you are interested, then let me know what you would charge to rewrite the 40 articles in spinable format. Note that you must have good english skills and the articles must make sense when they are spun. I will not pay for any articles that are incorrect when spun. If you have any questions or need any clarification, let me know.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
