Copy/ Creative Writing to introduce Outsourcing Services for Real Estate Appraisals

Hello Everyone, I need a copy writing for my company. We are into real estate appraisal report prepration. I need someone for sales and business promotion writing. I have designed a email template but need someone to put few lines together with impressive and creative writing. Basically what i want is, just a paragraph to impress the appraisars in US to outsource their reports. Generally an appraisar has to go for home inspection and then work on the report after collecting all the information by going physically to the location of the property and taking the pictures of the comparables of the property. The location could be in another city. for example if he has 3 appointments, he will go today and do the 3 appointments but after that he has to spend 2 hours on each report. he has to do it next day to deliver the report in 24 hours. if he does so, he has to posponed the next appointments to another day to comlete his reports and thats how he is loosing so much business. But if he outsource his reports, he can do his appointments while his reports are getting done by our company. when he comes back, his reports will be ready for review and he can send the information for the next reports while finalizing the reports from previous day. I hope everyone got the idea what i want.
