Data Dictionary/Application Documentation Project(repost)

The objective of this project will be to update the existing application ERD to ensure it is aligned with the current application structure. The larger requirement of the project will be document the various busienss rules and process flows in the application. For example, to create a campaign you will need to have done A, then B and then C. There is validation checking on A and C but nothing on B. The bidder should be familliar with Visio (process flow documentation) and we have a short timeline so please don't apply unless you have the time. There are 13 modules and 3 of those are core. there are two views that must be documented, the employee view and the volunteer view. **NOTE - Web based application is currently deployed on the web and accessible. Also, an ERD already exists so you would just need to update it and add what you dont' see. The real effort will be documenting in laymens terms the workflow, logic and business rules! Please be clear on the requirement before you bid. **Thanks Cheers, ## Deliverables 1) Complete documented visio's of all process flows (including dependencies) of the application for both the employee and user views. **_All business rules and logic_** must be documented in Microsoft Word and follow the process flows created in Visio. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
