I am a full time freelancer specializing in creating keyword rich, quality content for the purpose of SEO. I have experience writing content articles that result in high listings in the top search engines, columns, ebooks, and novels. I have experience with google adwords & adsense. I know how to research for places to submit articles that will link back to your site(s) to help drive traffic. I have written blogs, and responded to message board discussions & forums. I typically write 500wd articles for $8 each. I'd be more than willing to set up either a per article rate or if you decide to extend the project long term, we could figure out a weekly/monthly rate with a set number of articles/blogs/links to complete within that time frame. I am a native english speaker with strong grammatical ability. I live in upstate NY. I'm looking for long-term work/or ongoing projects. I understand your needs for a spreadsheet to track progress, but am not sure what you mean by "Will also need master copy of test in simple test format for copy and pasting on landing pages, etc by us internally" Probably something I can do with a little explanation- or maybe something I already know how to do just not familiar with how you are describing it.
