content writing/posting/ Blogs upkeep

I have 10 blogs that need to new content on weekly basis 1 post x 10 blogs x 4 weeks = 40 posts/every 4 week topics: heating, hvac, solar, etc each post would have to be about 200-300 words. (unique and must be written for a reader, not google) you will need to write and post the article and send me a weekly report of all new post links. I will provide you with login info. Please bid for a monthly fee (40 posts). If satisfied, this will be a contentious gig with more blogs. A writing sample (preferably about topics above) would be very helpful.
