Hello, I would like to hear a little more about the role proposed for a freelancer? Your project sounds very much like something I would like to be involved in. I am a screenwriter in many areas but have worked on a couple of EU promotion videos so am a bit familiar with the advocacy model. I have also wokred in the area of social inclusion for a government organisation in Ireland. One of the outreach groups we deal with were ethnic minorities so I have some familiarity here, though not in any way specific to Vietnam. I have visited the country though :) Are you looking for concept development and a script outline? Basically a plan of how the film will be put together with time slots for specific interviews etc? If so then I would be very well suited to this role. If this is not what you require then please let me know what you are looking for.
