Crawler

I need a SIMPLE search engine crawler that does the following: 1. Each day, crawler to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] 2. Get the "news links" and titles and save into a LOCAL "new" TEXT file or "append to the previous day file if present 3. Create a simple web page, with just a search box 4. When a user enters a "word" or "many words" in a search box, search this local text file for any word or words matching ANY news link or text, and post the info to the user like google posts the results, and allow the user to click on that link to take them to the same story on [login to view URL] Budget $30.
