Hello David I am very experienced in customer service and technical support having worked in Customer Contact centres over the last few years for Allianz Global Assist (Australia) in the Automotive and Breakdown section, as well as Intouch (Australia) - healthcare products and John Small Health Advisory - health insurance. I always provide accurate records of any discussions/advice provided and can use a variety of programs e.g. Excel, to record the data you want.
