Admin support, Inbound and outbound telephone support

We are a busy property services company in London who provide a range of property certificates and maintenance to customers across London. We are looking for an administrator to help us deal with the following tasks 1. Uploading documents to our web system for customers to view. 2. Monitoring our system to email customers that payments are overdue 3. contacting our members of staff if documentation is not back on time 4. answer and actioning support emails from customers 5. resetting customer passwords so they can access there web accounts 6. Processing payments ( inbound & Outbound calls) 7. Making sure all orders that are out through our system are actioned and dealt with correctly. Above are the main tasks that will be required. Full details and training through email and Skype will be provided. The right candidate/ company for this job should poses the following skills 1. Very Organised 2. Good Communication skills 3. Very good English 4. Experience with Microsoft Outlook,Skype, Word, Excel & Internet systems 5. Quick Learner 6. Access to Internet & Telephone(s) 7. Be able to demonstrate previous history of working with customers and computers. The right person or company will be able to start immediately.
