We are looking for someone who can offer live chat and email support for a Forex Broker. Your main priority will be to support our clients with any questions they may have about their accounts. Additionally, during quiet periods, there will also be a few research or admin tasks (training will be provided). This is a 40 hour per week role with set working hours. Please indicate which shift(s) you are available for: 00:00-08:00 Melbourne time 16:00-24:00 Melbourne time What skills are needed? Excellent written and spoken English skills are necessary. Skills in additional languages (especially Japanese) would be a strong advantage. Preferred knowledge and skills: Any prior work in or knowledge of financial services or betting/gaming industries would be an advantage. Prior experience in live chat, telephone or email support role would be highly regarded. A can-do, positive attitude is essential.

I've been in chat projects for a lot of years. I've worked with reputed firms like AT&T on chat projects using the LMI tool. I've also worked for purchasing firms through chat and have an impeccable typing speed of 117 words per minute with 96% accuracy. I've worked with multiple chat software programs in which LiveChat is one. I can handle about 8 to 10 chats at a time and depending on the complexity can handle more as time goes on. I can prove my typing skills through a test if it looks superfluous. I'm a customer service expert and article writer for 7 years besides this as well.

I have 6 years of experience in Customer Service field. I have been providing customer support for US/UK websites during my tenure which included phone calls, live chats and emails. For live chats, we used to use LivePerson to interact with customer. In terms of financial field knowledge, I am very much familiar with Stock/Forex markets around the world as I also have the experience of that field of 2 years and have dealt with many clients over the phone and chat for forex, mcx and stock market trading.
