CRAIGSLIST POSTING FOR REAL ESTATE COMPANY

I am Realtor that is looking for a reliable person/team to post up to 20-60 ads daily 7 days a week in the same city. The frequency of ads may increase to as many as 40 ads per day, decrease or remain the same depending upon traffic. The posting category is the Homes for sale or the Homes/Apts for Rent Category. I will advertise up to 25 different rental communities on a daily basis. Each property will be advertised at least twice per day, 7 days per week. The ads will contain approximately 4 pictures per ad. These ads will be posted sporadically throughout the day from 7am - 10pm Eastern Standard Time. In a very organized fashion you the winning bidder will be provided the template, Posting Titles, Property Description, Pics, text, Category Locations via excel spread sheet descriptions ahead of time. *Note: If the poster prefers to use V-flyer or Postlets as opposed to my personalized template then the V-flyer/Postlets would have to be customized to look like my template. The winning bidder will be responsible to manage your own IP addresses, and MULTIPLE verified accounts (PVA) is needed. You must have IP addresses that DO NOT GET GHOSTED and you will need to monitor your posting to verify no ghosting. I would like the ads to stick for at least 3 days if possible. My rate is 0.20 cents per ad., and you will be paid by the number of ads posted that are non-flagged, non-ghosted non-blocked ads that sticks for at least 24 hours. Payments will be made once a week via Paypal. Only bid if you are an experienced poster familiar with PVAs, successfully using US-based proxies, and all the things necessary to make ads stick. Please only bid if you have done this before, No newbies please. Please provide as many details about your service as possible.
