Basic Training Schedule (yearly and monthly) for multiple Point of Sales

Hi Expert,
This is a very simple project but I am not too familiar with using Excel templates.
As a Learning & Development Manager, I want to create ONE document that all 150 staff across Europe can access to see upcoming trainings across EU.
There are 7 Points of Sale (POS) so one template can simply be replicated to keep things consistent.
Key requirements:
- Visibility of training by month and by year for all Points of Sale
- Visibility overview of all training across all Points of Sale (by month)
- Possibility for certain people to add training info to the schedule. (But NO macros allowed.)
- There would approx be 7 types of training that will be logged by the training ambassadors. Perhaps we can keep things easy by using 7 different colours in the legend?

The 7 POS are: UK, France, Germany, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden.
