Create US & Canadian Office Furniture Dealer Spreadsheet

We need to build an Excel spreadsheet that list every major aligned office furniture dealer in the United States and Canada. The spreadsheet should contain the following fields: Dealership name, business address (street, Suite, city, state, zip), phone number, contact(s) name, contact(s) email, contact(S) title*, & URL. (s) = Multiple. * = If available We are interested in collecting multiple contacts per dealership if they are available. Like most industries, there are multiple job titles for what is essentially the same position. We basically want contact info for the head boss, the head accountant and the person in charge of Operations. Common job titles that correspond to these positions are: Owner, President, Principal, CEO, CFO, COO, Controller, Accounting, Operations Manager, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, VP of Finance, & VP of Operations. An aligned office furniture dealership typically only represents one of the following the following manufacturers: Herman Miller, Haworth, Steelcase, Knoll, Teknion, Kimball, Allsteel, & Trendway. We call these manufacturers aligned manufacturers. Each major US & Canadian Market has at least one aligned dealer per aligned manufacturer. Top 20 markets have multiple aligned dealers per aligned manufacturer. There are multiple ways to find this information. First, every manufacturer has a dealer locator page on their website: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2nd, most dealers have contact information on their websites. 3rd, most dealers that sell to the government, which is almost all of them, must be listed on the government purchasing website. Each state’s website is different, but if you do enough digging you should be able to find a list of dealers with contact info. 4th, straight up web searching. 5th, we will send you a partial list of dealership contacts that have already been collected. We have most to all of the Haworth contacts, but they still need to be inputted into the attached spreadsheet.
