Data Entry

We are a grower, packer and shipper of peaches, plums and nectarines located in the Central Valley of California. Visit us at prima.com. We are located in California so we would be working according to Pacific Time Zone. During our busiest months (May-Nov), we would need someone working Monday through Saturday and sometimes Sunday. Task Description Employee names, numbers, job type, location and hours are recorded in paper form on Crew Sheets. Crew Sheets are checked for initial accuracy and then stored as PDF’s on box.net. We need someone to download these Crew Sheets and enter them in our Payroll Data Entry Tool. All of the information entered into the Payroll Data Entry Tool is on the Crew Sheet except for a labor/location ratio we use for splitting hours over multiple locations. This ratio is calculated in the Payroll Data Entry Tool and requires the user to be able to convert time into decimal (45 minutes = .75, 30 min = .5, etc.) using information written on the Crew Sheet header. In order to access and run the Payroll Data Entry Tool you must have a computer running windows XP or later, [login to view URL] Sync ([login to view URL]), and Access Runtime if you do not have a copy of Microsoft Access installed on your PC. You can download Access Runtime free from Microsoft here [login to view URL] [login to view URL] will host PDF copies of all our Crew Sheets for each work day as well as the Payroll Data Entry Tool. Before Crew Sheets are uploaded the Payroll Data Entry Tool will be updated and you will be required to initiate sync with [login to view URL] before you begin data entry to reflect this change in your local copy. Once you have completed data entry for the day you will need to close the Payroll Data Entry tool and initiate a second sync so that the new payroll data is stored to Box.net. Once both Access Runtime and Box Sync have been installed and properly setup find the Payroll Data Entry Tool named [login to view URL] located in the shared folder “Gerawan Payroll Data Entry”. Do not move, delete, or change the name of this file. However, you may wish to create a shortcut on your desktop for convenience. When you open the Payroll Data Entry Tool a security notice may appear. Click ‘Open’ to bypass the warning. ----------- This is a long term tasks. Starts next week and will finish in December. Volume will go down in October. Currently you will need to enter 30 to 50 crew sheets a day. Monthly payment and milestone. Testing will take place in order to select the best candidate. Crew sheets are available every day by 1 pm PST and expected returned to us by 3 pm. Please price the total project from next week (May to December 1st)
