Directory sales

This is a growing company seeking an experienced sales and client services professional. The project is 100% commission. It is open ended, that is to say as long as you keep working you keep getting paid. The successful candidate will have: 1) Experience with Indexu 2) Extensive experience searching on the Web. 3) Excellent organization and communication skills (especially written communications) 4) Sales experience 5) Verifiable sales experience with a proven track record of success. 6) Excellent customer service skills. 7) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8) An outgoing personality. 9) Not afraid to work! 10) A positive attitude. 11) A no excuses mentality. 12) A working telephone to make calls. Cell phones are not preferred and you will NOT be reimbursed for used cellular phone minutes. You will not be reimbursed for long-distance phone calls. Phone calls will be made all over the United States. Business to business sales experience is a must!!! You must be a self-starter who can work alone with no supervision. Experienced professionals only please; we will not be providing rudimentary customer service or sales training. We will give you all of the necessary information to acclimate yourself with our company and answer client questions. Experience in the camping industry is not required but is a very big plus!!!! The sales aspect of this position is business to business. You will be contacting campgrounds and camping related businesses all over the United States offering them a listing on my site. A basic listing is free but you will upsell them to premium or sponsored Listings. Membership fees are nominal. This is a very easy service to sell. Their membership with us will expose them to future clients and increase their bottom line. It will be the successful candidate’s job to contact these businesses directly to answer any questions they may have and encourage them to apply. This is not a high pressure sales position; we need a strong closer with a soft touch. But we need results! The way the commission income breaks down is this: A Basic membership in our network is free Premium Listing is $25.00 per year Sponsored listing is $50 per year. Advertising for campgrounds in addition to listings will $25/month. Same for Rv manufacturers, Rv dealers, and camping equipment retailers. The commission you will be paid is 40% for every business you get to sign up and pay their fees. You must enter at least 50 listings every week and make at least 15 sales per month or our agreement will terminate and your commissions will stop. That is $130 per month for you. Your level of production will determine if you continue to work for me. Your commission will be residual as long as the customer keeps paying AND as long as you enter 50 new listings a week and sell at least 15 new listings per month. Basically, if you keep working for me, I'll keep paying you. You will be responsible for finding leads. Leads will be easy to find by searching existing directories on the web In addition to listings, advertising will be available for which you will also be paid a 40% commission. Campgrounds, Rv manufacturers and camping equipment retailers are your target for these sales which will also be easy to find by searching the web.
