Data Extraction and submission

I have a local event site. I need data from another site thats larger. The data is all pretty easy to get and export. The problem is i Have events on my site that are also on the other site. I would do a bot but it will just duplicate the information. What i need is someone who is good at copy/paste data for me. Its very simple work but repeative. Your first few weeks will be about 20 hours and then it will pretty much narrow down 5-10 hours weekly after that. First few weeks require alot of entry. Everyweek after that you will search for new information on the site I provided and grab anything new and post it back on my site. This could be a 1-3 month project up to permanant project. Job includes searching a site for events. Check my site to see if it is on there. If it is not on there then you will be reqiured to copy it from there site put it on my site with images and addresses. If you have a bot that will do this without duplicating the events then that is fine. This is a hourly pay job. You must have some source of communications other than skype.
