Our Great Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Position involves answering calls, emails, providing customer service, processing incoming requests, customer and vendor database maintenance, and general office support. Actual duties and workload will depend on your specific skills, ability to learn and adapt to our workflow / production process. Primary areas of responsibility and expectations will be emailed to selected candidates / discussed during interview. Qualifications: *Can multitask when necessary, but focus when needed* **Excellent oral and written communication skills. **Attitude is everything! Must have a positive, can do attitude. Ability and desire to learn new things is essential** *Highly organized with excellent time management skills; strong attention to detail; ability to follow instructions, prioritize, develop a work schedule, set goals, create / implement actions plans and monitor progress towards goals; *Good knowledge of standard office procedures and programs; *Computer and technology savvy and friendly; *Self-motivated, able to think and work proactively, without a need to be directed on every small detail. *Experience of working in a small/medium sized agency Working Conditions: Part- / Full time, and/or remote work. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend shifts are available. Depending on your skills, this could be a part- / full-time / contract / remote position with fixed or flexible hours and compensation that can be a variation / combination of hourly rate / commission / performance bonuses. I have done lots of data entry work such as inputting customer requests, inquire, tracking codes of products and price of products, scrap data from different types of web site, collect emails & enter them into excel, etc and so on. I also perform administrative duties including copying and faxing documents, transferring data, web research and reports to immediate supervisor. I have extensive knowledge of using MS programs such as Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Excel, data scraping and Word along with a number of other software and programs. I also possess extensive knowledge of database programs. Hello. I am Franz Benedict O. Barabad, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science graduate. My last work is an encoder of the Principal’s Office of one of the public high schools in our place. I've been in Administration and HR work for the last 15 years. I worked mostly for the multinational companies like IUCN, Flextronics, TESCO, Woolworths etc. I can work 20 hours per week.
