Create Excel / Google Sheets Formula to calculate turn around time - excluding non working hours or holidays

Hi, Please read this job in full, and please do not bid if you are unsure of what the job entails. We are moving all of our spreadsheets from MS Excel onto Google Sheets. One of our array formulas conducts a particular calculation, but when we upload the spreadsheet to Google Sheets, the formula doesn't work. Google Sheets doesn't fully like array formulas yet... so therefore we need to find an alternative. The calculation is the 'turn around time' between two dates and times. From start to finish. The calculation returns the number of minutes taken to complete the job. The calculation ignores non working hours, and holidays. (Working hours and holidays are both mentioned on the spreadsheet). The formula should take into account the following criteria. Start and End times of the day (9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday) Start and End times of Saturday (9:00 to 12:00 (midday)) The formula should not count any time before or after these times. It should also not calculate Sundays or holidays. For example: Monday 16:00 to Monday 17:00 = 60 minutes Monday 16:00 to Tuesday 10:00 = 120 minutes (16:00 --> 17:00 and then 09:00 --> 10:00) All of the information - along with dummy data is on the spreadsheet attached. I have included both our original formula that works in Excel (but NOT in Google Sheets). And a new formula which works in Google Sheets, but does not calculate Saturday's. It only calculates Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 and ignores holidays. The task, is for you to either do one of the following things. 1. Modify our new formula so that Saturdays work (9:00 to 12:00) or 2. Create a new formula that will complete the calculation as mentioned above. But it must also work in Google Sheets.
