I need all the past winning numbers for the Keno game for Massachusetts lottery in an excel file. The website for keno is [login to view URL]
Please visit the page and understand what I'm looking for before putting a bid in. I want all the numbers from 2003.
On the excel file. I need is so it starts out with the winning numbers then the date, then game number and finally the bonus. I need the file formatted so the number are in numerical order and I need if there are any double entries for winning numbers to be a yellow highlighted color and triple winning numbers to be blue highlighted and any quad winning numbers to be green highlighted (I doubt there will be many doubles if at all). If you want me to consider you, you need to write in your proposal that you looked at the website and understand completely what I'm looking for. Your bid needs to be the full amount since you completely understood the project.
